Our fully equipped van can polish, paint, restore or refurbish your alloy wheels or split rims to a like new condition. We come to your car wherever it is (such as work, home or even the garage during a service) and can do most alloy wheel (and split rim) restoration, refurbishment, wheel painting or wheel polishing on site without taking your wheels away. Occasionally where the damage is more substantial we may need to take the wheels away to our garage, so for your convenience we offer a free pick-up and delivery service.

We can meet all your alloy wheel needs, whatever damage your alloys have taken - curb damage, scuffed and marked - we can repair them for much less than new wheels would cost. Please ensure that your alloy wheels are cleaned prior to our arrival and you have the locking wheel nuts for your alloys. No tyre shine should be used 1 week prior to the repair as this may affect the painted surface!
The Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Process
- We assess the wheel for trueness and any safety issues before removing all the damage using special sanding techniques and fillers.
- The wheel is the primed and heat treated.
- Two coats of base coat are applied and heat treated again.
- Finally two coats of 2k high gloss lacquer are applied to ensure a hard-wearing durable finish and a deep shine followed by another heat treatment.
- A typical refurbishment for a full set of alloys will take on of our experienced technicians approx 3-4 hours to cpmplete a perfect job.
Please note: we do not repair buckled wheels only cracked alloys.
