- A number of coats of base coat are applied and heat treated again.
- If Diamond Cut the alloy is placed on our state of the art cnc machine and recut to give a flawless oem finish.
- Finally high gloss lacquer is applied to ensure a hard-wearing durable finish and a deep shine followed by another heat treatment.
- A typical refurbishment for a full set of alloys will take on of our experienced technicians approx 1 day to complete a perfect job.
